★ POOL HEAT SCHEDULE ★

✔ February 15th to October 14th - The pool is heated at no additional cost.
✔ October 15th to February 14th - Pool will NOT be heated ( $100 a day to heat the pool during winter months up to 80 degrees)
✔ Spa will be heated 365 days a year at no additional cost.

★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
