Commonly Asked Questions

  • Cancellation Policy

    Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We also offer affordable trip insurance through Nationwide.

  • What are your check out instructions

    1. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM To ensure we have time to prepare for our incoming guests, please be prepared to leave on time. Our cleaners will need to access the property to sanitize and prepare the home. 2. Please lock all windows and doors upon departure 3. Start the dishwasher 4. Please start a load of laundry starting with the beach/pool towels 5. Strip "ONLY USED" beds 6. Remove all trash from the property and dispose of in the garbage bins 7. Check throughout the house (including under the beds, in drawers, and around all electrical outlets) for any personal items. 8. Turn off all lights 9. If you've moved any furniture or belongings, please put them back in their original places. 10. If you home has a pool please clean up around the pool area and close the pool cover if it has one

  • Can I check in early?

    We can only accommodate early check-ins a few hours before your original check-in time if the home is clean and ready from our cleaners. If you would like to request an earlier check-in, please reach out to us the morning of your arrival. Earlier check-ins are not guaranteed until the morning of your arrival. See you tomorrow!

  • How often are your pools cleaned

    Our pools are serviced twice a week by a pool tech. Message us to find out exact dates of service.

  • How do we use the private pools?

    1. If your has a pool cover there is a keypad on the wall the password is 1234. If your pool has a pool vacuum. You can remove it. You must disconnect the hose from the wall of the pool. Please pull the vacuum and hose out and gently set it next to the pool. (**Please fully disconnect the hose from the wall of the pool If the pump starts sucking air for long periods of time you will burn it out. **) If you want a clean pool the next day we advise putting the pool cleaner back in the pool during the night. If it had rained previously and there is water on the pool cover there is a pump you can use to suck the water off. Do not attempt to open the pool cover when its flooded. You will ruin the pool cover.

  • Can I check out late?

    This also depends if we have someone check in the same night. You will need to contact our support team to find out.

  • Do you offer travels insurance?

    Yes we do offer it through nationwide. Reach out to us to find out more information.
